SLAs are used to build a strong relationship by setting the expectations of the placement prior to signing a contract for the delivery of essential services and for the continuous improvement of those services. SLAs are intended to protect the interests of all parties.

Finding the Right Applicants…
StaffAE issues customized skills testing only to those applicants that we believe are the best fit for the position. Skills testing can occur in preparation for, or following the interview processes, based on any combination of candidate screening, judgment of our recruiting team and/or as pre-defined during the initial meeting. Our skills testing process features a highly-effective, online program allowing us to objectively test each applicant using more than 800 validated assessments and superior technology.
All employees conform to client company policies, practices and procedures while under contract. We carry General Liability, Workers’ Compensation and abide by all federal, state and local tax regulations.

Our Company’s billing system provides your company the flexibility needed for invoicing. We provide authorized time sheets and travel receipts with our invoices for support and justification. Our time tracking system, invoices and receipts are all DCAA compliant.
